Your iPhone Ringtones should be Different from your Old Ringtones

Did you recently get a new iPhone? If so, you’ve probably already spent some time playing with it so that you can figure out all of the neat things that it’s capable of doing. As you know, the iPhone is considerably different from whichever phone you had before it. And because it’s different, it’s time for you to use it to express yourself differently. For that reason, your iPhone ringtones should be different from the ringtones that you had on your previous phone.
Whether you were already a customer of the company and had Cingular ringtones or you were with another company and had something like Verizon ringtones, they aren’t the same as the ones that you’ll want to put on your iPhone. Sure, those old ones are available for your new phone. But your new phone should be sending a message about the new you.
Take a few minutes to figure out what exactly you want this tool of communication to tell the world around you. Everyone you’re in contact with in person has the potential to hear what happens when your phone rings. Use a new phone as a new excuse to reinvent yourself. We should all take whatever opportunities we can to do that!
