Just yesterday, I was walking my little boy down the street, holding his hand and pointing out every leaf and flower to his utter amazement.  Today, I have a full grown man living in my house:  where did the years go?  I can’t be getting older….no way.

And he takes after his old man, I’m proud to say.  He’s nothing but muscle and from all of the bodybuilding he’s been doing.  The guy is something to behold.  He’s so careful about what he eats, makes sure he gets enough sleep, and takes vitamins and creatine to enhance his efforts in the gym.  I’m so proud of him.  If he would only spend as much time on his education as he does his health, he’d be golden!  His lack of study skills he gets from his old man too:  what can I say?
