The weather is great, and it’s time for me to leave the house.  When things are like this, outside kitchens make my life more enjoyable.  The kids finally get to play outdoors, so why should I not be with them?  We put in a swing set over the summer that allows them to really burn off energy.  Kind of like a live-in babysitter.

When wanting to spend time on the patio, gas grill islands make it comfortable.  Nothing is in your way, and everything is where you need it.  We are able to fit roughly ten friends around the island.  This is extra important, since we will throw many parties over the next month or so out back.  This is my place to relax, and enjoy being with the family, while getting things done for them.

Now here’s what is going to happen.  The invitations have been sent out.  I bought the better part of a dead cow, and stashed it in the cooler.  This weekend, we are going to have a the first fall party, and not have to be inside.  I will light the grill, throw on the meat, and enjoy whatever beer is cold.  Sounds like my kind of party.
