The South is Best for Golf School

Someone who has an interest in attending golf school has a number of different campuses to choose from around the world. Even people looking just within the United States can find golf schools in many different geographic areas. Despite this range of options, most students will make the smart choice and look into a golf academy of the south rather than one located anywhere in the north.

Think about it; golf school is a year-round program. You want to attend a school that is going to have good weather throughout the year. The north has some great weather during certain times of the year but the south is far more likely to have the weather that you want to enjoy during the seasons that you’re going to be in school.

Attending a school like the golf academy of Arizona or the golf school in San Diego just makes a lot more sense than attending a golf school in New England or the Pacific Northwest. These schools are located near some of the nation’s best golf courses because these are the places that people travel to so that they can enjoy golf year round. Maybe the weather doesn’t matter to you much but if you’re going to golf school then it should be a factor that you take into consideration.

You know, this only makes sense to me, too. It’s not much fun golfing in the snow. Golf is better in sunnier climes.

Golf is best played where it’s warm and sunny, no doubt about that. Can’t say I care much for golfing in the rain and snow.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I like to golf year-round, not just in the spring, summer and fall. Besides, most of the courses in the South and West are newer!

Another great thing about going to school at the Golf Academy of San Diego is that besides world class golf courses, you can go to the beach and enjoy San Diego night life.

I don’t think I’d waste my time going to a golf school where it snowed or rained a lot. I hate golfing when I’m wet and I don’t want to get hit by lightning.

To me the weather and geographic location of a school are less important than the staff and facilities.

Golfing in the rain is one of the most miserable experiences I can think of. Golf is supposed to be fun, for crying out loud!

You know, for woman golfers to get any respect, they need to start showing up in larger numbers to all of the U.S. golf academies.

Of course, one thing this blog doesn’t mention is the fun of snow golfing with orange balls. Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it. Personally, I think it’s a gas. It’s even more fun than playing in the spring if you have a nice clear day.
