Taking Classes Online
By NoBrainer on Jun 16, 2009 in Education
One of the most frustrating aspects of my adult life is that no matter where I work, it never seems like I am able to get ahead. When I do have some extra money, something always seems to come up, and sucks the money away from me.
So, I have decided that I am going to take some classes online while I am working to get the education I need to better my life. Thankfully, there were many choices of online programs to choose from, so I had a lot of options when it came to my future career.
As it turns out, I decided to take Transitional Audiology Online, and work to help people have better hearing. The reason I chose this career path is that the Costco that I work at has a hearing aid center, and it would give me a chance to get some experience. I am going to put in for a transfer, and hopefully there will be some space for me in the department.
I know that it will take me awhile to get my degree, but it is nice that I can take it online - otherwise, I think I would be stuck in my job as a cashier forever.

I work as an audiologist and it’s a great job. I’ve had offers from school districts, hospitals, and gerentology practices. Being an audiologist has opened up a lot of opportunities for me.

Getting a degree online is one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. I love the flexibility of taking classes online, and I appreciate that I can do it at home so I’m available for my kids when they need me. Plus, I don’t have to drive anywhere to take classes.

Even though the economy stinks right now, education is still the best investment you can make in terms of improving your salary. If you want to make more money, start taking classes online.

If I couldn’t take classes online, I don’t how I would find the time since I’m so busy with my job, my kids and their activities, and all the other stuff that takes up my life. Being able to take online classes is a real lifesaver, since I’m training to be an LPN.

I think getting in audiology is a smart move. As the elderly population increases, more and more people will need hearing aids. That’s job security for the future.

This blogger is right. Getting online degrees is the best way to pump up your income. Doing classes online is pretty easy, too. I don’t want to be stuck with a rigid schedule of classes.
