I don’t know about you, but keeping my truck clean is a big problem.  Between dogs, rowdy nephews, and daily trips to the horse stables where my horse lives, cleanliness is just not one of my priorities.

However, I like to do what I can to manage the mess.  Here are a couple of ideas you can try, too.

• Use a catch all to organize your interior.  I need somewhere to put things such as hand wipes, trash, snacks, etc.  A catch all goes between the seats and helps you keep your crap at least marginally organized.
• Use dog boxes to cut down on pet fur in the interior.  I rarely vacuum out the interior, but at the same time I’m not comfortable letting my dogs run loose in the bed — I’ve seen dogs fall out of truck beds before.
• Invest in rubber floor mats. Of all the truck accessories you can get, these are probably the least attractive, but they’ll make cleanup much easier!

Keeping your truck clean can be a pain in the butt, but it doesn’t have to be impossible.  I personally like to manage it so that it doesn’t get out of control — the less I have to actually clean, the better! But I do like some good truck accessories, too!
